COVID-19

Patient trust and safety as well as the safety, health and well-being of our staff has always been a top priority of our practice. The universal precautions that we have always employed will be enhanced. The personal protective equipment that we use will look a little different. The way in which you enter the office, complete forms, receive care and check-out will all be slightly different.  The following list will hopefully provide you with a better understanding of the steps that we are taking with everyone's safety in mind.

Prescreening

We will prescreen everyone in advance of their appointment. So when we call you with a reminder and are unable to reach you, then please call us back.

Arrival Procedures

Your vehicle will be your personal waiting room.  We will contact you when we are ready to bring you into the office.

A staff member will greet you at the door and bring you into the office where we will record your temperature.

Inside The Office

Please wear a mask when entering and exiting the office. You may also wear your mask at all times when not receiving treatment.

Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the office.

We will have pens available for use in filling out forms. Feel free to keep yours!

In the waiting area we have removed several chairs to allow for social distancing. There will no longer be commonly shared items like magazines and children’s toys.

We will do our best to provide extra time between patient visits. This will hopefully minimize the number of people in the reception area at one time.

Cancellation Policy Change

If you develop a fever, then we ask that you stay home. We understand that illness is out of your control.

If you are healthy and need to cancel your visit, then you must provide at least 48 hours notice.

Your appointment time is reserved for you and you only. Please make your personal arrangements for work, travel, childcare, etc. well in advance of your appointment.
